The Agility mindset is key Kaushik Ghatak. It is often confused with or considered to be the same as Flexibility. I believe it is not. Mind you, Flexibility is important too, but confusing both concepts is not helpful.
You can compare both by assessing, what the most important quality is for a gymnast versus a pugilist. In my belief a gymnast needs to be Flexible, to deliver a performance that they know every detail of, that they are extremely well prepared for. Flexibility is their Order Winner, whereas Agility is an Order Qualifier.
However, a pugilist not only prepares for their bout, but also for their opponent. They need to be ready for the unexpected. Read they need to be Agile. Agility translates into resilience: being able to counter a blow, bounce back stronger than one was, to outwit the opponent, and to prevail. Agility is their Order Winner, whereas Flexibility is an Order Qualifier.
I am curious to hear other people's views on the above.
