CEO, PepsiCo Beverages North America

I am feeling grateful and energized by our recent PepsiCo Beverages North America leadership meeting in Chicago. Shaping the future of PBNA requires forging deeper, authentic relationships rooted in trust and understanding each other, and putting aside this dedicated time to solve the short-term goals and establish the long-term vision together. Our journey is as much about the connections as it is about the milestones we achieve and I’m so excited for what lies ahead as we pave the way for PBNA's next chapter. Thanks to the team for your unwavering dedication and helping create an atmosphere where it feels good to take big swings and win together - it was a great week! And yes, we took time to throw some axes. I think you’d be surprised by the aces within this group! Kristen Mueller, Norman Wang, Michael Del Pozzo, Jason Blake, Anne Fink, Mike Ruff, Heather Hoytink, Greg Lyons, Karen Jordan, Bryan Santee, Richard Tompkins, Sylvia Dong, John Dean, Jennifer Wells, M. Azeem Ansari, Megan Hurley, Paul Finney, Justine Boles, Chad Matthews

Your focus on building authentic relationships and trust is inspiring and undoubtedly crucial for achieving both short-term and long-term goals. Plus, the axe throwing sounds like a fantastic team-building activity – it's great to hear everyone had such a good time!

Looks like a great group of bad axes! Onward…..
