Really interesting subject , especially hydrogen stress cracks in joints at thread location. Deep hot and anywhere cant happen without great fluid conductors and constant inspection. #geothermal #doe #deephotanywhare #energy #ndt #metalergy

Demonstrating the common ignorance of how combustion works. What is the essential ingredient for combustion not included in this image from the International Energy Agency? That's right, the forced air intake system. Air is the least understood, and the pathway for using Browns Gas Oxyhydrogen to put your combustion on clean steroids! With the United States temporarily pausing liquid natural gas exports, the nation is missing out on the opportunity to continue to provide needed energy resources to our allies abroad and bolster the economy. Heightened concerns around the emissions impact of liquid natural gas are driving this decision, but instead of shying away from leading in the export of this essential resource, the U.S. could be leading the pack while doing so responsibly and sustainably. New technologies like Upwing's subsurface compression system are able to produce more natural gas while reducing emissions per million standard cubic feet produced by 95%. What is Haber Process? we take nitrogen gas from the air and combine it with hydrogen atoms obtained from natural gas in the ratio 1:3 by volume The gases are passed through four beds of catalyst, with cooling taking place in each pass. This is done to maintain equilibrium constant While different levels of conversion occur in each pass where unreacted gases are recycled. the reaction is an exothermic reaction one where there is a release of energy. CH4(g) + H2O → H2(g) + CO(g) (by steam reforming) nitrogen from the air through liquefaction N2(g) + 3H2(g) → 2NH3(g) NH3 is continuously removed as it is produced. Removing the products causes more nitrogen and hydrogen to combine according to Le Chatelier’s principle. The Haber process is typically carried out at pressures between 200 and 400 atmospheres and at temperature of 500oC.

DID YOU KNOW THAT? When natural gas is transported between countries, it travels by ship in liquid form. This way, it takes up less volume. Once it reaches land, it is regasified (or returned to gas form) and sent to the pipelines for distribution. #suruhanjayatenaga #EnergyCommission #ThinkSafetyThinkST #beenergysmart
