I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent ride experience with your service. On 2nd May 2024, I booked a ride for myself and my family, expecting a safe and pleasant journey. However, what ensued was far from satisfactory. The driver assigned to us displayed the worst driving behavior I have ever encountered. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my family, including young children, whose safety should be of paramount concern. Furthermore, the driver's conduct towards us was entirely unprofessional. They were rude and disrespectful, making the entire journey uncomfortable and unpleasant. To make matters worse, they abruptly ended the ride midway, leaving us stranded without any explanation or assistance. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned. In comparison to other ride-hailing services like Uber, whose drivers consistently demonstrate professionalism and respect for their passengers, your service falls far short. Your reputation as a reliable and customer-focused service is at stake, and it is imperative that you take the necessary steps to uphold it.

Hi Rapido, every time when i book a ride, drivers are asking for extra cash, it has been a habit now I started using rapido because of cost effectiveness and easy availability, problem is if they want to charge extra amount it should have been communicated before the ride is started, after starting the ride drivers will start their tantrums the location is far and they want extra cash, this is highly unprofessional and unethical, when we complain to rapido customer service after half hour they will close the ticket saying drop location was changed,I tell you today's case where I paid ₹50/- for bike ride were the amount was ₹34/- for 2.8 kms but the driver again called me 3 times and asked for extra ₹10/- i was really annoyed.

Hi, I would like to inform you that in Kolkata City - State West Bengal, Your maximum captain is asking for extra money. When I objected them for extra charge the they clearly denied to go anywhere. Also there were some other Rapido captains were standing and smiling and told me that no body will go untill you pay (Rs - X) amount which is set by them. This incident happened infront of Howrah station near post office/Gupta Hotel. You should do an audit and check because it is happening everyday/night.

Based on my experience, Rapido is not a trusted company. They promise the lowest prices, but trust, security, and good customer service are equally important. Unfortunately, I mistakenly made a second payment to Rapido account through Google Pay after completing a ride. I immediately contacted customer service for a refund, providing all details and transaction screenshots. However, the representative claimed that the account is not a Rapido business account, but the its captain's (driver's) personal account, and Rapido is not responsible for it. This explanation is unacceptable, as we can clearly identify whose account it is. It seems they simply do not want to refund the money. Even if they refuse to refund the money, this incident raises significant concerns about security and responsibility. What if something goes wrong during a ride by a Rapido captain(driver)? Is Rapido not responsible for their captains(driver)? I have raised multiple tickets through their portal and started emailing (on [email protected]) but received no single reply. Overall, my experience with Rapido has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

dear Rapido I’m not sure if you offer this services or not, but I’d like to suggest a service that you can add for those who commute daily to their office or college and don’t have vehicles. Why not provide a system that allows booking a ride for several days? A particular vehicle would be available at a specific place daily until the date the passenger has booked that vehicle. This service wouldn’t be limited to a single passenger; others could join the ride, similar to school taxi services, college taxi services, and professional job taxi services. This is just my opinion.

Rapido You people are fraud and thief. Worst Logistics Company. You stole urgent medicines and do not understand the seriousness of logistic and transportations. Your Riders are all theives looting people and parcels
