Startup Flora is an unprofessional and unreliable service based company. I wouldn't even consider them a service company, all they have is a very persistent sales team which will constantly call you and make all sorts for guarantees and promises but won't be able to deliver even one. As a matter of fact I received a call from them asking for more money in return for expediting my application. This is the kind of employees they have. The only thing that matters to them is their advance payment after wich they disappear. When I made the biggest mistake by accepting and hiring their services, they were very proactive in following up till I made the advance payment, after that their true colours and interests were shown. After having multiple fights and arguments with them, I experiences their teams unprofessional and laidback attitude. Most of my application have been rejected and I have not received any genuine reason or explanation from Startup Flora as to why my applications have been rejected. The surprising fact is that all the grants schemes that were applied to were suggested by Startup Flora after understanding the nature of business and even then they aren't able to deliver on any of their commitments. To the people reading this review, I would strongly suggest is that please don't fall for their promises, they are not worth the time, effort and money you will have to put in. Time to be honest with yourself as a gym owner Do you have defined client journeys in your club, and not juat for sales! Retention is often seen as the "fluffy" side of the business. How do we make clients feel welcome, encourage them to try new things and endure they get results I see so much effort spent at the front end to create leads and sell memberships, but then almost negligable efoorts made once tge members signs up. The expectation often being that our facilities and services will somehow wow the customer? Leta move the attention away from the word retention for one minute as often its seen in the wrong way. Keeping members engaged is far more than social activities, gym challenges and charity events and whilst they of course have value you can make far bigger impacts by ✅️ Developing a set of client journeys that encourages - great communication - interaction between staff and members - an effective onboarding so clients get results from their efforts - introducing clients to your full menu of services whixh adds value ✅ training and manage your team. Everyone needs to understand the touch points and expectations. This creates the culture you want in your business. ️✅ Creating effective automations and communications so that members feel part of tge pricess, engaged and achive their results ️✅️ Rewarding success. Don't be afraid to reward memvers for achieving milestones. Celebrating success is a great way of members feeling valued ✅️ Measuring your clients success. body measurement tools such as Tanita Europe are great ways of proving client success ✅️ Having an effective follow up process to tuose who are looking to leave. imagine if you turned around 20-30% of your leavers each month. How much extra revebue would you geberate of they stayed for just 3 extra months? ✅️ Having your team on the floor dpeaking to members. What is your meet and greet protocol? Does the manager walk the floor and be seen. Do staff seek out opportunities to engage? This is a vital component to retention And then you can do the events, seminars etc as an added bonus Great retention is created by a solid plan and a service culture. That doesnt hapen by chance and it certainly doesnt work by horng staff and hoping The time you spend on this will pay hugely bu increasing average length of stay as well as your bottom line profit. I was in an unusual situation....I offered my services for free!!! Let me explain.. I found product that I REALLY believed in, and I reached out because I had an extremely simple and innovative approach how to market this product to a niche but hard to get demographic. I spoke with the owner of the company, and I told them that I would build their brand....(reviews, social media, ads...) FOR NO UPFRONT COST! I only asked in return that I get sample bottles to distribute for brand name exposure as well as a SMALL commission per product after a 15% growth in their ENTIRE GROSS sales. (to incentivize me and obviously to make some money) His concern was that I would SCALE THE BUISNESS TOO MUCH and he didn't want to pay me. Besides the obvious flaw in his logic that he WOULDNT have to pay me out of his own pocket, and it would come from the growth I gave his company. I gave him one follow up call as promised, and he didn't answer. Never heard from the guy again. He understood the value I brought to him. two different kinds of people: 1: Growth oriented people 2: I'm good where I'm at Food for thought: NEVER DEVALUE YOURSELF TO WIN A CLIENT !!! I just really believed in this product and was genuinely trying to help..

This is Ramachandran . I am from Andhrapradesh, India . I am having a Business idea. It is related to the Transportation. It is a travel Application that is used by our citizens in Affordable cost. At ola and Uber the peoples travel Directly from their location to their Destination. It is a cost effective solution. In India, people will travel in Different vehicles like Buses and Auto Rickshaws from their location to reach their Destination. It is called connecting model. But, there are Two problems that are faced by the passengers in this mode of transportation. The vehicle wont be available in time. So, there is a transportation Lag for the passengers. The passengers wont travel With comfort. My Business model will operate in connecting model and provide services to the customers from their location to their destination. My Business model can also solve those problems. I don't have any support to Build my Business Idea. I also Sent my Idea to lot of VC Firms and Accelerators. I don't get the reply from them. I've, lately, been thinking about resto business models, and I am surprised that they maintain the same prices for all business days even when demand is varied for those days. How many visitors a resto receives on Tuesday cannot be equated to how many it receives on a Saturday. Logically, if a resto lowered prices on Tuesdays, it'd increase the number of visits on that day. And if the resto lowered prices on Tuesdays but increased them on Saturdays, it'd promote traffic for a usually-low-traffic day thus compensating, in volumes, for the traffic that'll be missed due to price increases on Saturday. Also, restos have a similar business model, not so much diversification exists. And from my experience, restos don't know their clients well enough. No systems to track consumer preferences and, because of that, no ability to foretell shifts in demand before they happen. Restos are one of the so much saturated area that a new entrant is born every other day and captures the attention of consumers before the hype dies off making way for a new entrant. Business models and reliable customer relations management are the only channels through which restos can have staying power.
