Rapido you guys are funding criminals as auto drivers. Just this morning I was harangued in the middle of the road and was extorted of double the amount shown in the app. And when I brought this up with your customer support asking for strict action and details to launch a complaint — they have refunded my money to the wallet (not my bank account because they need my Aadhar card for it). I’d like to point out that your company would much rather harass the customer for their Aadhar details instead of giving their auto drivers details. You’d much rather protect a goon than help someone who was just extorted for money. I spoke to some Syed (I’m sure he lied about his name) who told me that you’d keep the auto driver ‘under observation’ and give him a warning. He EXTORTED MONEY in broad daylight. Rapido should have some respect for their customers as well, today I booked a ride and my fare was 650 I was actually getting late as I had a flight, so I accidentally put 6650 instead of 650 I asked the driver to please return 6k he literally threatened me and said mai door nhi open karunga I think he was drunk, so I just open it and ran. But when I put this request on app support to raise this you can see what the response, Let me attach a screenshot. Pavan Guntupalli Aravind Sanka 3rd msg is pathetic

Dear Rapido team , i was not able to get the invoices for the month of April'24 from rapido application also have shared multiple mails but there was no response and they have reshared Mar'24 invoices which i got from your team with great difficulty , pls look into the same

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that Cab Captain Ompraksh Rai received the fare after the drop 100 meter before the dropping point. Moreover whenever I have asked to drop physically assaulted and after the payment in cash Rs.240/- instead of fare Rs. 232/-. In this regard take necessary action to update the fare and do the needful for this type of harrasment with the ride. If the action is not taken, have to go for consumer forum and further necessary action. Looking forward for your kind cooperation.

Hi, I would like to inform you that in Kolkata City - State West Bengal, Your maximum captain is asking for extra money. When I objected them for extra charge the they clearly denied to go anywhere. Also there were some other Rapido captains were standing and smiling and told me that no body will go untill you pay (Rs - X) amount which is set by them. This incident happened infront of Howrah station near post office/Gupta Hotel. You should do an audit and check because it is happening everyday/night.

Rapido should not be proud of this no’s as there are experiences where customers are assigned drivers who are drunk and are driving carelessly. Today, such incident happened with me where a drunk driver was assigned to me and was constantly applying brakes right in front of the other vehicles. Eventually this men bumped into a tempo, I got scared and I left the ride in the middle. Such incidents reflect compromise of safety

Co founder if you're not able to maintain then shut off why ur westing our time. I have uploaded all the documents but it still shows under process from 3 months if we click on help tab ita showing 2 hr time but from 3 months no reply . Better to go with ola and Uber atleast they respond. But rapido is Worest service in Vijayawada for captain

I booked a cab and it cancelled twice had to wait for 40 minutes. Then the cab driver doesnt want to take online payment and demanding for cash only. In such hot temp dosnt even bother to switch to ac properly. Not gonna use this app ever.. Thank you for this experience rapido.
