In less than 100 years of being an independent nation, India has become the largest democracy in the world. Each and every vote that has gone into the system has contributed to the country we see in front of us and we at Rapido wanted to celebrate this. With the happenings of everyday life, we often forget the importance of our own vote. Sometimes, even with the greatest of intentions, we might neglect our duty as citizens to vote. We at Rapido wished to touch upon this with our film - everyone at some point or another is guilty of not giving their voting duty the due importance it deserves. Hi, I would like to inform you that in Kolkata City - State West Bengal, Your maximum captain is asking for extra money. When I objected them for extra charge the they clearly denied to go anywhere. Also there were some other Rapido captains were standing and smiling and told me that no body will go untill you pay (Rs - X) amount which is set by them. This incident happened infront of Howrah station near post office/Gupta Hotel. You should do an audit and check because it is happening everyday/night.

Today, i have booked a ride from rapido at 9:30am . I am extremely annoyed with my Rider's behaviour. Ride details - RD17139312036635466 I called my rapido driver to confirm the booking and he suddenly started abusing & harrassing; he used cuss words and cheap language and and I felt very threatened from this.
