Last week we had the pleasure of heading out to Dublin to meet the Roomex team IRL and take them through what Everysearch™ means for their digital growth journey. The B2B purchase journey is seeing a shake-up and a younger workforce means businesses have to be prepared to step out of traditional boxes when it comes to acquiring new customers. When is comes to B2B decision makers, did you know: ⭐ 64% are Millennials 😞 90% of younger buyers are dissatisfied with the buying process 📲 When it comes to social media usage, Facebook takes the lead with 80% of buyers using the platform in their purchasing journey We're seeing these shifts in how consumers are interacting with other businesses move faster than ever and it really has opened up some exciting opportunities to capture attention from new audiences.

It never stops… Last week was “busy” I guess? ✈️ We travelled 3 countries in 72 hours. From the cobblestone streets of Italy to the vibrant cities of Denmark and Germany where we visited some of our current customers and held meetings with potential new collaborations. Believe in the power of face-to-face connections. 🌎 We attended EuroCIS - The Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology to expand our TAM and continue to work on improving our product for retail and hospitality. 🖥️ I had the pleasure to join Jan Kammerath and Ricarda Kies (CEO & CTO) from LODGEA GmbH on a webinar that dove deeper into their integration with Duda. 🏡 Officially became a home owner! (Not sure how this is last on the list) In a world where everything moves so fast. It’s essential sorround yourself with people who match your pace and amplify your impact. “Bled was a fortunate find. Now it’s a deliberate destination.” Honored to have delivered a keynote address in front of 71 executives from esteemed companies like Coca Cola, Heineken, Triglav, Generali, Allianz, Novartis, Atlantic Grupa, Medikal Lux, and more this Friday in Bled, Slovenia. It was inspiring to engage with attendees from various countries including Slovenia, Romania, Germany, Croatia, Poland, Serbia, Denmark, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Hungary, Belgium, Spain, UK, and South Africa. Five of the messages delivered: 1) “The future is to be written, not read.” It's about writing it, not reading it. 2) “Involve your team early to write that future.” Too many times we involve our team late and then is more challenging to get their involvement and commitment. 3) “Organize your time not your work.” Time is finite and work is infinite. 4) “When you need inspiration go to the front line.” You will always come back with new ideas. 5) “Listen to everybody but make your own decisions.” It’s your time, it’s your life!
