Shout out to Indian mass recruiters. 🙌 There is no parallel elsewhere in the world to the contribution of mass recruiters to the Indian IT Eco System. They literally pickup college grads(Running into tens of thousands every year), with bare minimum skills and decent Language(Human) skills, and Invest in training them for three to six months. This increases the employability of these grads elsewhere. While they start with a very modest pay package (which remained the same more or less from when I first heard of them), it is this investment into training that makes them huge contributors. The majority of these folks, shift organization in a couple of years and double their pay packages. That kind of nullifies the slow start. Also, these are the folks the majority of the Global GDCs are after. None of these GDCs do campus hiring. They just do lateral hiring from the pool created by these mass recruiters. No required skills, just communication and positive mindset(which is literally needed for every job) No details about the application link or company And finally the comment "Interested" part which is just for the purpose of gaining more reach and followers. A kind request to every job seeker, be it as a fresher or experienced person. Go through the post clearly and understand what it really means. Just commenting "interested" is not going to get you a job and you are just being used for their own benefits. The usual gimmick which is followed is when they mention that they will review your profile and get back. If they really want to do that, there are tons of simple ways and forms which can get this task of review profile done in a efficient way. Review profiles of every person who is commenting on the post is something which a hiring person would never do. Be wise and don't fall for such traps.
