Tell us, introduce yourself, possibly from when we do, give an applause. And then most of all, these are always designed to create a teaching moment where you guys are like, ohh, that's a good idea. I could use that one. So tell us not just what happened, but how did you make it happen. Hold it closely. Hi, I'm rue rue the realtor on those social media platforms. I work upstairs in South Lake Union office. Visar Story is one of a friend of a friend's parents hired me to basically their interior decorator for their house down in Victoria Park and I mentioned to that that I was a real estate agent. We started chatting it up. She works for a nonprofit basically assisting senior living transition from their homes to assisted living, and they normally deal with like 3 to 4 transaction or as in set listing or selling. Those individuals homes a year. So with that I created a like a referral network as part of like assisting them in redecorate their house and on my way out the door they actually like, hey actually you're in real estate, I'm looking to buy a condo to turn into an office where I could work out of. Could you assist me with that? And from there I was able to do a buyers consultation and get a signature.
