I think one of the most difficult decisions in a professional career, is to decide resigning even if you don’t have another job lined up. It’s a very coragious decision, I know, but can solve a bigger problem in the short term. It’s very important to communicate properly to the market without damaging the company reputation or disclosing confidential information. It can be true of jobs, too. If you don’t let go, you can easily destroy your career.
