Phenomenon. It’s a made up, it’s a story. The mind/senses mechanism is the interface for the outer sensory world. Phenomenon is the projection, the outcome of this mind/senses projector. The question is a thought. The answer is a thought. Thoughts, memory, time, experience and ideas are the drivers behind the phenomenon. In between is your spirit. “When the mind is totally silent ( when thought is absent), the mind comes upon the eternal (spirit). The key message, the one message that all my posts in LinkedIn since June 2022 is pointing to is this - SHIFT our identity to our spirit. Everything I tell you is the age-old essence of a practitioner who wants to get away from all the traps of this materialism ( thoughts and phenomenon) and rise above this mind-matter controlling power so that he can realize there is something greater (spirit) than his own body and his own machine brain, the computer. #knowthyself
I am very grateful to our friends in Australia who came out to listen to my talk on An Awakened Life in Melbourne, August 9th and in Sydney, August 11th, 2023.

May 8. May-8. Mate. 🤝 Today is the 8th of May, and while you might not recognise the date (and might not have any idea what it’s symbolic of), we’re here to tell you that today IS pretty important for some of us. Suggested as a better, more appropriate and respectful day to celebrate ‘Australia Day’ (which we, here at EVER, do not celebrate on the 26th of January), the 8th of May is a day to focus on friendship and connection. If you, like us, don’t celebrate the 26th of January, and are looking for a different day to love our country and the people who live here, it might be worth considering May 8. CEO @flibco.com |🇪🇺 European Young Leader 2024 (EYL40) | Expert digital transformation, change management and new work
What Royals and modern leadership have in common! Last week, we had the honor of welcoming Princess Astrid of Belgium to the grand opening of our new Mobility Center in Brussels Charleroi. This brought me to the broader question if there are any similarities in between a tradition-driven monarchy and the state of the art leadership we are observing in many companies nowadays. And in fact, I saw a few: Comittment to service & community - what means an involvement in humanitarian and public health efforts for Princess Astrid, is the impact of sustainable transport solutions and innovative workplace practices for us at Flibco. Being royal means being a royal role model too - while I sometimes feel like being a involuntary Influencer for digital transformation, the power of serving tradition, continuity & national identity is one of the main responsibilities of people like Princess Astrid too. Progressive thinking & diplomacy - what sounds like being totally standard, is a challenge on the second thought. Royals need to balance tradition with state of the art, like we try to combine our core values (to never forget where we came from) with innovation too. My deepest respect goes out of the responsibility & actions of the rare Royal families that still act on behalf of European countries. While we are mostly talking about company »leaders« on LinkedIn, looking at those of other categories is worth it too.
