RED FLAGS TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN HIRING MARKETING AGENCIES Clients usually come to me for Sales Systems Audits after they've been burned multiple times and can't make sense of the mess they've been left with. Usually they've hired agencies. Other times they've hired consultants. I recently heard of a case where they'd spent $100k on marketing consultants and got nothing. Since this happens so often, here are red flags to look out for before hiring marketing agencies. 🚩 They promise you a boat load of leads but haven't asked anything about if your offer actually sells 🚩 They only focus on vanity metrics like leads, clickthrough rates, impressions without understanding what types of clients you want to work with and how everything converts 🚩 Thinking that their one-size-fits all approach works for you and your business 🚩 Insisting their is only one software to use and whichever one they are peddling is the best one 🚩 Not starting their process with a thorough diagnostic of all your marketing and sales systems before prescribing a solution Pass this along so people can make more informed decisions about the agencies they hire.
