We’re hiring a Technical Welding Sales Manager! At Red Ball Oxygen we want to be a problem-solving vendor that can aid and assist our metal fabrication customers in a variety of ways. We are hiring a force multiplier to work with our sales reps throughout our areas and with all our welding customers. Skills needed: • High-level welding background. Welding engineering degree preferred. This past week we partnered with @millerwelders in Dallas/ Ft. Worth and Shreveport for hands-on training for our sales representatives that covered MIG power sources. We work hard to train and constantly educate our team so we can add value to manufacturers operations and do more than just take the order. The dawn of a new era of the first chapter of the new beginning of the rest of our lives has begun in Friendswood! Under the watchful eye of Dennis, the resident alligator, a 16-strong crew from Shreveport plus our Houston team executed our own version of the Red Ball Express and moved over 600 pallets of cylinders, bulk gas trailers of all kinds, hundreds of boxes of hardgoods, IT equipment, and welding machines. I know that was a long sentence but dang it was a lot of work. We are thrilled to have the bulk of the move done. In the next few weeks, we will be moving in our specialty gas lab, plus adding more equipment to better serve our customers like hydrogen and helium storage and transfill equipment! We have made a big step and this has been a LONG time coming. This is all thanks to the dedication of our hard-working employees and especially our customers without which none of this would be possible! #rbofamily
