Meet Eddie, my trusty hound, who's become a beloved member of our team at SLR Consulting's #calgary office. Standing proudly in front of our new SLR building sign, it's brilliant to see our company name out there in bold now. But what truly is great is our office's pet-friendly policy, which allows us to bring our furry friends to work. 🐶 Having dogs in the office has brought immeasurable joy to our workplace. Eddie's presence has a way of brightening everyone's day, whether it's through a friendly wag of his tail or a quick hello to a new colleague. It's a fantastic opportunity for him to meet new people and other pets that come in, creating a sense of community and camaraderie that's hard to match. Beyond the smiles and wagging tails, there's a wealth of research that supports the benefits of pets in the workplace, from reduced stress to improved morale and team cohesion. Not everyone is keen on furry critters, but as long as there's respect for those people and they don't feel uncomfortable, then that's all good.
