Senior Superintendent Neil Ebaugh recently marked his 8-year anniversary at Redmond! Neil was Redmond's first ever Superintendent and is one of our longest-standing employees. He's led the way on some of our most notable interior builds to date, including Tock's headquarters at 320 N Sangamon and G2's headquarters at 100 S Wacker. A couple summers ago, Neil volunteered his time to build Sounding Boards Garden at Harmony Community Church in North Lawndale, providing the community with an accessible public space. Sounding Boards Garden went on to be recognized with AIA Chicago's Roberta Feldman Architecture for Social Justice Award. Redmond would not be where we are today without Neil's dedication and commitment to his projects, team members, and clients. Thank you Neil!
Top notch super! He showed us the ropes when we were super fresh to the commercial arena and we are forever grateful
You are the man! Congratulations!
Congrats on a great milestone. It seems like more and more these days people do not make it 8 months let alone 8 years at a company. It has been great working with you so far, and I look forward to many more years of collaboration with you on many more projects to come!
Totally agree. Neil is a rockstar and Redmond is lucky to have him on the team. Anybody who has worked with him totally gets it. Congrats, Neil!

10moThere’s no one I’ve learned more from throughout my career than Neil Ebaugh. What a ride it’s been. I’ll need the next 24 months to plan the 10yr party 😁.
