It’s normal to feel unease in such tumultuous times. Economic instability, humanitarian crises, entering an election year. We’re battling uncertainty from all angles. Organizations are also navigating external pressures while trying to execute DE&I strategies and maintain inclusive workspaces. 2moHey Reggie, Ted makes a great point. And I found Therapy/Analysis to be a "Luxury" that speeds your healing and understanding. In other words, I didn't anticipate a positive or speedy result. But, what a relieving and enlightening breakthrough to learn others have the same issues, that they are understood. I even mentioned this to my boss at the time and he revealed he had to be removed from his car on a Bridge, due to panic. I had to cross that bridge every day and it was a challenge. To have the insight and overcoming the issue covered as a Benefit, a Luxury.
