I spent several days of the last week with these fine group of people. We listened, shared and learnt. We ate together, laughed and even cried. We learnt lessons from the past and assessed the present. We defined the future we strived for and most importantly, what we need to do to get there, individually and as a group. I would like to thank each and every person who had worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible. And for all of you who were there, I thank you for your all your inputs, feedback and enthusiasm. Coming together gathering people from across the organization; some having served over 30 years in the industry and we also celebrated one who has spent 30 years in this company; with one clear goal "how can we do it/make it better". Had the pleasure of meeting up with people I had look up to when I started my journey in offshore oil & gas in the early 2000s as well as some senior installation guys which had delivered project for various clients with me in this region. Thanks Rendy Ariffin for championing this event as we navigate the organization through this uncharted waters. We will definitely work together and make it 'Our Way.'
