She is a bright face on the second shift Flats operations, although she is commonly seen in many areas. Brenda's flexibility is one of the main reasons for her nomination. Brenda was nominated for her reliability and consistency over 20+ years. You'll see her in various areas and departments, always with a positive attitude. She's never standing around waiting for someone to direct her. Instead, she proactively seeks the next task and assists where needed. Brenda is a valuable team member who works safely and performs exceptionally well. Thank you, Brenda. We want you to know that your dedication is greatly appreciated. Congratulations!

Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Saraina Tellez-Sosa! Saraina is part of our Finance and Customer Service teams and assists in coordinating administrative duties for both departments. She was nominated for her attention to detail and exceptional dedication to our customer service. Saraina's entire job is helping others. She constantly enters orders, contacts customers with questions or updates, and tracks debit memos—all with care and a fantastic attitude. Recently, Saraina flagged a system error that could have led to several late orders. She stayed late to assist with a correction and double-check for any resulting issues. Saraina also participates in our community service and engagement committees to support the community and her colleagues. Thank you, Saraina. We truly appreciate all you do for Renold. We are thrilled to announce our Fiscal Year 2024 Employee of the Year, Greg Atkins, in Engineered Chain Assembly! Greg recently celebrated his 10th anniversary with Renold. He is a valuable asset to his team and his leads. He always works with safety, quality, and service in mind. Greg's "can-do" attitude shows itself when he jumps in to complete any job asked of him. Nominated by his line lead, Greg was selected as the April 2023 Employee of the Month for his dedicated display of Renold's core values: working together to achieve excellence, valuing our people, and exceptional performance. His nomination stated, "Greg's someone that never lets a team member down no matter what. He's the best right-hand man and steps up to lead when needed. He never lets others carry the load alone." Greg, everyone at Renold is sincerely thankful. Congratulations! This award is well deserved.

Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Jon Stout. 🎉 Jon is a dedicated Warehouse associate and was nominated by a peer for his commitment to working together to achieve excellence and for his outstanding performance. Jon is always willing to help solve problems. He gladly pulls inventory for quality checks and involves appropriate people when questions arise. Recently, an internal audit discovered a lack of written procedures for a specific process. Jon took photos and wrote detailed work instructions to help streamline the process. Additionally, Jon always maintains a positive attitude and always shows initiative. Thank you, Jon. Your dedication is sincerely appreciated.
