1moIt's a horrible feeling to be on a sinking ship and know that you have no control. No amount of paddling as a rep can overcome a captain's poor steering or a dying product. You know this because you're still paddling as hard and fast as you can, and it's not working. In tech, often the only female among a bunch of bros, you can't jump ship quickly enough and know you'll be the last to be given a life jacket.
