As you can see, I have commitment issues...
In this AMA, you might have noticed my noncommittal stance on a huge roadmap.
Here's why: in the volatile world of crypto, I've learned the hard lesson that flexibility is key.
In crypto, every day brings change. Market leaders vanish, government policies shift, prices can triple overnight. This volatility has fundamentally reshaped my approach to product development. The need for fast, adaptable iterations has never been more apparent to the cause.
💡 So what is a genuine Minimum Viable Product:
A Read-Only NFT Marketplace.
It might seem counterintuitive at first, but visibility is crucial. Users need to view and search collections no matter what. It’s the foundation of the platform. So why keep it hidden when it's ready? Additionally we will offer rewards to early users to provide feedback and join our community from literally day 1.
This approach offers us a concentrated focus for:
- Rapid market entry
- Zero trading risk during initial testing
- Insights into how our product fits in the market
- Opportunities to gather valuable user feedback on UX
The next phase we will look to deliver real value while gaining initial feedback.
Direct Next Steps:
- Integration of select middleware NFT trading protocols for pooled liquidity.
Future Steps
- Implementing custom, security-vetted smart contracts for direct liquidity through our platform.
I'm much more comfortable committing to this roadmap as i've already proved all of the concepts that i'm outlining here. I'm settled on tooling, protocols and platforms to deliver this. I'm comfortable with being open to where we are at and bringing people in for feedback from day one, even if the product isn't fully functional!
We're really excited to build this! Feel free to check out the AMA on the link below for more of my thoughts.
