Words matter: Say solitary confinement not restrictive practices! Words matter, language influences thought we need to digest Baroness Hollins report and adopt the language that governments and politicians want avoid. Restrictive practice is an overused term that takes emotion away. We need to put back words that evoke emotional connection. Please don't sanitise these terms. Solitary confinement cannot be turned into a nice phrase lets use words thst convert emotional impact.
