Solving recruitment problems isn't just a wave of a magic wand and changing 1 or 2 big things. It's solving lots of small things that add up to a big impact. Start with things you can easily change such as the way emails, texts and other outreach is worded. Then consider all things candidate experience! Then move to low hanging fruit within processes that can be changed easily (interview process/improvements, then move to the larger items such as looking at ATS features and functions and other items that could take budget. This way, if budget doesn't get allocated/approved you are already well on your way to improving multiple facets of your recruiting process!
