If you’re a brand or content manager, someone who is looking to offer something different and on point for marketing, follow the Liftify account.
The video content is on point. They share the activities they do out in the “real world” and the editing is beautiful.
No emojis or fancy transitions, they focus on the content and not the sizzle that can get redundant and old.
They have a customer centric focus in everything they do.
They are a service but they are more then that. You plug them into your company and like a cup of coffee they give you a little boost of energy, they are infectious.
They are kind, authentic, and positive.
I’d work with them just to take a class on how a user experience should be. Imagine picking products and services not just for the price but for the value they bring to you and your company outside of their products and services.
Don’t hire a marketing and customer experience coach, just start hiring more service providers like Liftify.
It’s ok to build a tribe that includes your people, your customers, and those folks that provide services to your company.
