5moGreat read, and a good way to show how building virtuous cycles by focusing on smaller, consistent customer driven actions (rather than aiming for “strategic ‘home runs’” informed by the overemphasis of ones ability to predict customer needs) can drive successful long-term growth. Highlighting that customers are central to establishing these cycles is key, and provides focus when applying this concept. I can’t help but to state the obvious – this is why organizations should engage research (be it UX or behavioral sciences) early and often!
