Happy birthday America from all of us at Mews! May your guests fill up your hotels to the brim today, may them bring higher ADRs to all countries around the world, and may your systems embrace Freedom and Openness instead of being the All-in-one dinosaurs of yesteryear! Though I wish the Constitution had its own day of celebration (the first operating system for humans!), I think the world has so much to be thankful because the US came into existence and shows us all that growth, strong communities, new ideas and a mindset based on an endless horizon are all values to be cherished. To your next 248 years!

I create new categories for B2B brands | CEO of Influence Podium | Podcast Host of Category Champions
Jurassic Park 1: Dinosaurs. Jurassic Park 2: Bigger dinosaurs. That’s why most sequels –and most B2B companies– fail: Incremental messaging doesn’t differentiate you and everyone loses. To win in saturated B2B markets, you need to play a completely different game. You need your own category. Or… don’t. And compete with everyone else. Compete on features. Compete on pricing. Compete on who sends the most cold emails. Compete on who has the sleaziest salespeople. If you don’t create your own category, that’s the alternative.

11 reasons you ✨ should not ✨ go to the Arcadia Leadership Experience in Bozeman, Montana next week: 🏕 team Commsor 🦕 will be there (ew, who wants to hang out with me, Rayna van Beuzekom 🦕 or Mac Reddin 🦕 anyways) 🏕 they describe the event as the "Anti-Conference for Ecosystem and Revenue Leaders"... obviously we want the same old boring conference settings 🏕 you have to choose between fly fishing, yoga, hiking, tea-making, or painting - why would we want to do any of these things?? 🏕 you get to stay in a really cool yurt (no comment) 🏕 the fireside chats are LITERALLY around a campfire (fire hazard much??) 🏕 people like Amelia Taylor, Joshua Bailey 🦕⛵️ Sam Yarborough and Jason Yarborough 🐻 will be there (I don't want to hang out with cool people??) 🏕 Commsor is sponsoring a dinner in the dinosaur exhibit of the museum of the rockies (like why is our team so obsessed with dinosaurs??) 🏕 you get to learn from people like Mac Reddin 🦕, Tyler Calder, Sangram Vajre, Cory Snyder, Katie Lambert and more (who wants to spend time learning from the best??) 🏕 it's in Bozeman, Montana which is clearly not a pretty location 🏕 there will be a cut out of 🎁 Katie Penner 🏕 there will be TONS of s'mores... need I say more ANYWAYS, I'll be there - there's a few open spots left. So who am I seeing next week in Bozeman and who wants to join us on this clearly miserable experience? #partnerships #GTM #sales

World Snake Day 🐍 World Snake Day is celebrated on July 16 every year to highlight the important role these reptiles play in maintaining the ecological balance. The snake is one of the oldest mythological characters and has been revered by civilizations the world over. There are about 3,458 species of snakes known so far, ranging from the semi-frozen tundra of northern Canada to the steamy jungles of the equator and most of the world’s oceans. Snakes are highly effective predators and play a vital role in maintaining the balance of nature in each of these realms. Snakes are also fascinating in that they have a prehistoric lineage, thus giving us a glimpse back to a prehistoric time when the earth was ruled by reptiles—many people have no idea that modern reptiles are literally the living, breathing cousins of dinosaurs.

Interpreter and translator at free-lance. Full Professor in interpreting and translation studies at the University of Algiers.
I simply cannot seem to continue reading my newspaper as I received a quite powerful email. It's as if the words on the page pale in comparison to the impact of the message that just landed in my inbox. This email has stirred something within me, prompting me to pause and reflect on its significance. It's amazing how a few carefully crafted sentences can capture attention and provoke deep thought. Now, instead of the newsprint, my mind is consumed with the ideas and emotions sparked by this unexpected communication. I just got a powerful message from a follower: "We need fresh blood🩸 in the interpreting industry. Dinosaurs 🦕 lol should be extinct by now." Let's dive into this with creativity and a touch of humor! 🚀✨ Dinosaurs 🦕 in our industry? Maybe not literally, but there's wisdom in their longevity. Yet, the call for fresh 🩸 is spot on! It's time to blend seasoned wisdom with new perspectives and tech-savvy approaches. Imagine a dynamic ecosystem where innovation thrives and traditions evolve. That's the future we're crafting together. Okay, my feed is already full for the next few days, drop me a mail instead: [email protected].

Ultimate Pokémon Master,Dragon type pokemon gym leader, Velociraptor trainer , Ravenclaw , The Galadriel of any team setup.
Growing up , No one asks you what your favorite dinosaur is anymore. Mine is Blue the velociraptor. They are highly intelligent pack animals, very fast , and work amazingly in small packs of 3 to 6 raptors. Now let's bring this topic to how you can apply it to whatever industry you are in. The reason I bring up this topic is because people have been taught to be very robotic and unhuman in the corporate world. There are times to be serious and professional but when did becoming a professional equal losing humility. Often hear people say they miss the "good ole days " . Why is there so much clout from past achievements 🤔 Yes, it is great to look back at your achievements and be proud of where you are today because of it. But, when did the past you over ride the person you are now? Where's the celebration for the person that you are now in present time? Does all the hardwork you put into your goals now irrelevant because you got the trophy? Life is a journey not a destination. Same applies to your professional life. There is reason behind why asking fun questions is beneficial to the workplace People change as they go through life but one thing that doesn't change is the joy that comes from nostalgic memories. I want to see what you bring to the table. Awards and trophies are cool but that doesn't tell me anything about you. I want to know how all the small details came together to achieve that moment. You are more than a title or trophy award holder. #insights #companyculture #workenvironment #rethinkthesystem #skillsdevelopment #leadershipdevelopment #coachingskills #teaching

VP at J. P. Morgan | Ex-BCG | Innovation | Gen AI | Digital Transformation | Strategy | Consulting | Product | Views expressed are personal
In the tapestry of my childhood, two distinct threads stand out, weaving together to shape the intricate design of the person I am today. The first thread takes me back to the cinematic marvel that was Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park. As a wide-eyed child, the sight of dinosaurs brought to life through groundbreaking technology left an indelible mark on my imagination. It wasn't just a movie; it was a testament to the boundless possibilities that technology could unlock. That moment sparked a lifelong fascination with innovation and a curiosity to explore the frontiers of what could be achieved. The second thread in this narrative is a more personal touchstone – a gift from my father that echoed through the corridors of time. A book by Pavel Klushantsev 'All about the telescope' (In Hindi - Aao Durbin Dekhe)/ became a gateway to the wonders of the universe. It was more than just a book; it was a journey into the realms of discovery and curiosity. My father's thoughtful gesture not only fueled my passion for stargazing but instilled in me a profound sense of wonder for the vast unknown that stretches beyond our earthly confines. As I reflect on these formative experiences, I recognize the impact they've had on my journey. They've sculpted my approach to challenges, fostering a mindset that welcomes the unknown and seeks solutions through innovation. The echoes of Jurassic Park's thundering footsteps and the whispers of the cosmos from Klushantsev's pages continue to resonate, guiding me on a path of continuous discovery. In essence, these childhood encounters weren't just isolated events but rather catalysts that shaped the contours of my identity. They underscore the power of inspiration, the importance of fostering curiosity, and the lasting influence of those who nurture our passions. Today, I stand at the intersection of technology and exploration, grateful for the threads of my past that have woven a tapestry of purpose and curiosity. #ChildhoodMemories #InnovationJourney #ExplorationMindset
