Unjustified Use of Deadly Force: Another Call for Police Reform The life of Sonya Massey was unjustly and tragically ended by Deputy Sean Grayson's brutal and unjustified use of deadly force. Massey had called 911 for help, reporting suspicious activity in her neighborhood, but instead of assistance, she faced a deadly threat from Grayson. When she invoked the name of Jesus in her plea, Grayson threatened to shoot her in the face if she did so again. Moments later, he ruthlessly fulfilled his threat, firing three shots at point-blank range into her face. This horrific act has resulted in Grayson's indictment on multiple counts of first-degree murder and other serious charges. It vividly highlights a disturbing pattern of police brutality and the excessive use of force, especially against vulnerable individuals. According to recent reports, cases of police violence against civilians have increased by 20% over the past year. The incident underscores the urgent and critical need for comprehensive police reform, enhanced training, and stringent accountability measures to prevent such heinous crimes. President Joe Biden said, "Sonya Massey's death is a tragic reminder of the pressing need for police reform and accountability. We must strive for a future where every American can trust the police to protect and serve, not live in fear for their lives. My thoughts are with Sonya's family and loved ones. I implore Congress to pass meaningful police reform legislation to prevent such barbaric acts of violence." Justice demands swift and decisive action to address these systemic failures. We demand immediate reform and accountability to ensure that such brutal killings are prevented and that those responsible are held to the highest standards of justice.

Yesterday’s attack serves as a stark reminder that common everyday items can be used to engage in mass violence. The Rockford, Illinois community is reeling after a 22-year-old man's rampage left four dead and seven wounded. While the attack lacked the presence of a firearm, a chilling truth emerged: weapons as ordinary as a knife, a car, and a softball bat can be used to inflict horrific casualties. According to the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Center at Texas State University, 4.62% of “Active Attacks” occur with edged weapons, and vehicles are used in 2.12% of attacks. The FBI won't classify this incident as an "Active Shooter" because their definition requires firearms. However, the attack likely meets the U.S. Secret Service's criteria for a "Mass Attack in Public Spaces." This classification applies to any public or semi-public violence where at least three people, not including the attacker, are harmed.

When tragedy is not surprising... Someone took several shots at Trump on Saturday, at his rally in Pennsylvania. While his wound was minor, others were not so lucky, one dead, two seriously wounded. Biden of course, is waiting for someone to tell him that this was indeed, an 'assassination' attempt, because it failed, one assumes. The person who fired the shots was reported dead, which is in keeping with the 'lone gunman' meme, and consistent with the tradition that no one lives to contradict the official story. We all remember the six shot, .22cal handgun used by Sirhan Sirhan that magically fired 13 rounds, not one of which hit RFK. See Noguchi's discredited and dismissed Coroner's report for interesting details. But I digress. That the battle of the lesser of two evils has reached a fever pitch is an understatement. Trump is cast as the Antichrist by Neoliberals, and Biden, just another corrupt Neoliberal collaborator, barely able to read his cue cards, by Conservatives. That both are right, completely escapes the electorate who firmly believe repeatedly doing the same thing will bring different results. If the attempt was real, and it may well have been, certainly it would be the quickest way to throw the election to Biden, who only got there on the coattails of a faux plandemic in 2020. The best election rigging, bypasses scrutiny entirely and can be plausibly blamed on just bad luck. But it also confirms the Ruling Class's willingness to burn the house down to collect the insurance. They expect to not only pick-up the pieces after America's failure, but continue to dominate the Western World with America's military and economic hegemony.

Snell also suggested that Biden "create four new seats on the Supreme Court, by executive order. He can add a binding ethics code as well. And a special counsel to investigate corruption on SCOTUS while he's at it." "Biden should delay the election until all Trump's indictments are adjudicated." "Biden should issue an EO stating that his Administration does not believe it can rely upon the scope of immunity conferred on it by SCOTUS and accordingly will not take that into account when making decisions," suggested national security lawyer Bradley Moss. "Dems in Congress should immediately propose a constitutional amendment to overturn the ruling and clarify the presidential immunity issue. It’s a messaging campaign. Abortion, democracy and a stable economy. That’s your campaign for the next four months."

Regardless of your political views, the assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump this afternoon was absolutely shocking and disgusting. Violence like this should never be normalized and diminished. Unfortunately, the so-called “main stream media” continues to diminish the seriousness of this horrible event by calling it a “possible” assasination attempt. And early reports had them saying “Trump evacuated after loud noises heard at rally”, etc. The manipulation by the so-called MSM is disgusting and contributes to divisiveness. The videos of what happened were widely spread minutes after the assassination attempt. It was obvious what took place and I’m thankful that former President Trump was not killed but so sorry for the innocent bystander who lost his life and others who were injured. This attached article is one of the only ones that has the guts to call this action what it was: an assassination attempt. Don’t believe me?? Google it. You’ll easily find what I’m talking about. And if you’re not bothered by the obvious manipulation and propaganda, then I’m not sure what to tell you. Again, regardless of your political views, democracies are under attack from a number of angles.

"Humane garbage" is what I always think when I read or hear about police gross criminal misconduct, such as in this news: a woman who called 911 in USA was shot in the face and died. How come these sadistic psychos, these brainless, heartless and unempathetic pieces of garbage passed any psychological examinations at all in order to wear the suit and act as policemen? And how come their colleagues, their superiors or any internal affairs bureau have never spotted these freaks dressed in blue? Were there no signs, no one has ever complained, no one has noticed the rotten fruits within the force? Or is it just a corporative approach, a pseudo brotherhood community where no one sees anything and dare the one who actually sees and whistle blows face the consequences of breaking the silence pact? If I were a policeman (but being "just" a citizen will do as well) the very first and the most important thing I would expect was that each and every of these "officers" were, at any time before and after entering the force, thoroughly checked about their psychological qualification, their professional behavior and their ethical integrity. And, without exception, if any "officer" shows he lacks the integrity to wear the suit, immediate expel and immediate prosecution. During our discussion this week, we talked about how we are getting “used to” violence. A man is arrested in a ski mask yesterday, with a concealed AK-47 just outside the Republican National Convention the week after a former President was shot during an assassination attempt, and a family man was killed, and two others shot …. And we barely blink. Meet with your teams. Continually encourage them to understand that everything we do as threat assessors is not just a checklist, but it is what has for far too long been a missing link in gathering information and pulling people and agencies together to help save lives. We never know which person or incident of concern will be the one who needs intervention right now, which event security will need to be the tightest it’s ever been, which conversation will matter most. Our potential complacency - when dealing threat after threat after threat - is the biggest enemy we may ever have. Treat everyone well, follow your process, pay attention and treat every case as the start of your career, and above all encourage and support your team so they have everything it takes to succeed in this work and approach it with the diligence, reverence, and tremendous work ethic it requires. For now, I am going to try my best to stay out of the political weeds of this assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. There is also plenty to discuss regarding the security failures that continue to be exposed as well as who is responsible for them (it is glaring). Rather, I want to focus on the reaction of the crowd as the incident unfolded. We have all watched the footage of this event a hundred times at this point, focused on the reaction of the President and Law Enforcement during and in the immediate aftermath of the incident. My point is this, the next time you watch that video, watch the crowd. The entire active incident only lasted for seconds, yet lives were lost, despite the fact that there was an abundance of law enforcement present from the onset. By and large the active incident was over before the majority of the crowd even knew what was going on, some mistaking the sound of gunfire for fireworks. The focus of law enforcement (flawed or not) was NOT the potential victims in the crowd; it was the President and elimination of the shooter, everyone else was on their own! For President Trump and for Law Enforcement, this was an assassination attempt, for everyone else it was an active shooter event, their active shooter event, and they were on their own. Most came out as physical winners (simply because GOD pulled them through), a few lost and at least one lost everything. This is the reality of an active shooter event! This is why receiving training for such an event is so important. Your employer has a responsibility to provide you with training and a plan for this. Push them to do so and do it today!
