Career coaching is for people who want their career to be better. To work for them, to re-ignite their passion, to give them a sense of pride and fulfilment. Career coaching is for people who want to create space, time and energy in their lives. To be effective and productive at work and have a life outside of work. Career coaching is for people who want to grow and develop, to learn and share new skills and knowledge. To foster collaboration and creativity, to create new ideas and strive for improvement. So if you're an employer, a boss or a team lead, remember this. Because it will cost you far, far more to replace those frustrated, fed-up employees than it will to invest in career coaching for them.
