Over the past 8 months, I've had the privilege in developing a comprehensive menopause framework, crafting a detailed guide, and collaborating with insurers, healthcare providers, and underwriters across various markets. Our goal has been clear: to understand and amend exclusions, and to determine the right treatments and medications to include. I'm thrilled that we're taking a global stance on embedding menopause coverage within our medical benefits. It's a proud moment for me to contribute to this initiative and our global stand in championing the well-being of our colleagues. And equally thankful to the dedicated colleagues who've been on this journey with me.

It’s World Menopause Day, and we’re pleased to share that we’re expanding coverage for menopause within our medical benefits. More than two-thirds of employees will have medical cover for treatment of menopause related symptoms by November, with the global rollout expected to be complete by April 2024*. We’re advocating for menopause support with a progressive menopause workplace policy and taking action globally to increase awareness and provide better support around this topic for all employees. Watch the video below. *Expansion of medical cover for menopause related symptoms will not be extended currently to a few select markets due to planned divestitures of all or parts of our business in these markets.
