First let me apologize. I have been slacking with my content on LinkedIn. I tend to focus more on the big 3. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and not necessarily that order. But I do feel that I need to jump back in here and there to keep people in the loop. I’m always baffled by people that don’t update their employment and their anniversary goes off and it’s obviously wrong. So my main reason of this post today is to remind people what I still do for a living (14 years), who I work for and the products that you may or may not have known that we offer. As you can see, we want you to be a #onestopshop if you are a referral partner or a client that has different needs throughout our working relationship. Why would you go to a bank to open account and come to find out that they only offer checking accounts. No savings, no safe deposit boxes, no online banking or other options that you need, why go there just because “you are required to” or your friend gets a “kickback” when he sends people there. I want you to think for yourself on the most important transaction you will ever make. So if the in-house mortgage company with the builder doesn’t have all these options, contact me. If your Realtor sends you a preferred list or just one name and they don’t have this many options and you can’t even get ahold of them, contact me. Don’t worry about what’s best for the Sales Rep in the New Construction office or what’s best for the Realtor, think about what’s best for you, on this transaction and future transactions. Because you will in all likelihood be refinancing to a lower rate and the new construction in-house mortgage companies are “one and done”.
