Identifies, researches and recruits Essential Community Providers to comply with Federal guidelines to meet access to care requirements set forth by the Affordable Care Act. Reports monthly progress of recruitment efforts in assigned territory. Utilize the Salesforce CRM to identify, track, report, and update all recruitment efforts. Identifies and reports on forecasting of territories using the Salesforce Reporting function. Optimizes Salesforce environment to maximize success of recruitment efforts. Conducts recruitment efforts on potential dental providers through site visits, telephone solicitation, and mailing of solicitation packages through targeted campaigns to recruit and grow the dental network. Facilitate retention of existing providers by negotiation of fee schedule reimbursement rates. Completes analysis of demographic information, current market condition, and savings to present alternative provider reimbursement options. Dear Medical Sales Recruiters, I recently had the privilege of joining a successful Foot and Ankle surgeon in the OR for a day of shadowing cases, during which I had the opportunity to closely interact with the Med Device rep servicing the operation. It was an incredible opportunity. So, how did this opportunity come about for me? I created my own luck by building, fostering, and maintaining a relationship with, you guessed it, a surgeon. Months ago, I made a connection with this surgeon in the ER, and since then, I've been able to cultivate and nurture the relationship. It turns out that being proactive, hardworking, positive, charismatic, empathetic, and curious pays off eventually. As our friendship grew, so did his trust in me. By consistently showing up every day as the same positive hard worker he knew, he began to invest in me. And as our friendship developed, he was willing to place his bets on me. The result? Mentorship. The fruit? The relationship. The opportunity? Only time can tell. But one thing I do know for sure: If a Med Device Sales APPLICANT can sneak his way into an OR on a surgeon's formal invitation, chances are he will have no problem doing so as a full-line rep one day when he gets his shot in the industry.
