To maintain focus throughout the workday, I employ three main strategies: 1. Structured Schedule: I structure my day with clear time blocks dedicated to specific tasks. This helps me manage my time effectively and maintain focus on current tasks without getting overwhelmed. For example, Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated to customer demos. 2. Prioritization: I prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. This ensures that I am always working on what matters most, which keeps me engaged and less likely to get distracted. 3. Minimal Distractions: I create a workspace that minimizes distractions. This could involve using noise-blocking headphones, removing clutter from my desk, or using tools to limit time spent hunting for things. By integrating these practices, I effectively manage my energy and attention, which is essential for staying focused throughout the day.

WE ARE BACK!! Today marks our first official workday of 2024 after an amazing two-week company-wide break. Reflecting on the fantastic year we had in 2023 at Leaderonomics Digital, I am excited about what lies ahead. Last week we had our 2024 kickoff session, and I want to share with you two key highlights: ⭐ Celebrating Our Successes: During the session, we took a moment to reflect on what fueled our success in the past year. Each team member shared insights on how we boosted business revenue, retained clients, and garnered excellent feedback. Here are some key takeaways that filled me with pride: 1) Our unity towards a shared vision kept us focused on our goals, fostering a supportive environment where we always had each other's backs. 2) The team excelled in managing conflicts and friction, turning difficult conversations into opportunities to find better ways to collaborate. 3) Our well-established processes and workflows grounded the team, ensuring synergy. From clear process maps to centralized repositories, communication platforms, and document templates, we've built a foundation that will continue to evolve. Above all, our collective passion to create value for our clients and partners propelled us to go above and beyond in everything we did. ⭐ Empowering Teams with Initiatives: What struck me as brilliant was our approach to brainstorming key initiatives for the year. Instead of receiving directives from the leadership team, each functional team is tasked with generating initiatives to propel us toward our goals. This not only empowers us to contribute our voices to the strategy but also instills a sense of ownership and accountability for the results. I am absolutely thrilled about the breakthroughs we are set to achieve this year. Cheers to this super team – get ready for an exhilarating journey ahead! Am I wrong to consider this not to be good customer service? Besides the fact that there is no phone number for the particular department, below is the FAQ re responses. I can always allow that things don’t always go perfectly but the counter is always how it is then dealt with. Today will be workday four waiting for engagement. Not sure being too busy is a good excuse?
