🍃 We’re pleased to publish our third annual Sustainability Report, demonstrating progress in transforming urban mobility in our cities, reducing our environmental impact, and creating a diverse & inclusive team. 2023 key highlights include: 🚲 🛴 >80 million km ridden on our e-bikes and e-scooters: We’re unlocking more low-carbon travel through greater accessibility for suburban residents and underserved communities. ♻️ Longer vehicle lifespans, -49% waste produced, & -20% CO2 emitted: We relentlessly pursued circularity, reworking 18k vehicles and 10k components at our dedicated in-house facilities. 💜  +14 percentage points women in management roles & 2 new Employee Resource Groups: We invested in gender inclusion, making strides in our commitment to be an equitable, diverse, and inclusive employer. While 2023 was a milestone year, we’re already looking to the future. Now as TIER-Dott in 2024, we have the combined scale and expertise to create even greater, lasting change in our cities, while maintaining our responsible approach. 🌟 Once upon a ride! 🌟 Last week, TIER-Dott celebrated a new chapter with a 3-day summit. For the first time, we gathered as a whole team in the beautiful Netherlands, sharing our passion and vision. We engaged in strategic meetings and plenary sessions, but it wasn’t all work. We also enjoyed great games, excellent food, and lively parties. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues we work with daily and meet those we hadn't crossed paths with before. We began forming a single team with shared ambition, values, and energy. Together, as the European leader in shared micromobility! 🇪🇺 Dott to the polls! Get Ready to Vote in the EU Elections! 🇪🇺 🗳️ This weekend, it's time to make your voice heard in the EU Elections. Have you thought about how you'll get to the polling station? As the European champion of shared electric mobility, Dott has partnered with the European Parliament to make voting easier and more accessible. Dott is proud to offer free rides to and from the polls on European Election Day to reduce transportation barriers. 44% less injuries with e-scooters in 2023 The latest study from Micro-Mobility for Europe shows a significant decline in e-scooter and e-bike injuries in 2023: in comparison to 2022, shared e-scooter injuries per million trips fell by 44%, shared e-bike injuries per million trips decreased by 39%. Overall, the risk of injury when traveling on a shared e-scooter is lower than riding an e-bike: 3.3 accidents requiring treatment occur on an e-scooter per million journeys, compared to 3.9 accidents per million journeys on an e-bike. 🎉 TIER Mobility + Dott = changing mobility for good We are excited to announce the closing of a financial transaction to merge our two companies. Creating the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.
