RightClick’s just finished our second annual Wellness Month in May and we had so much fun promoting different ways to focus on health! With Wellness-Trivia Mondays to Fresh Fruit Tuesdays, and Book Club Wednesdays to Post-Work Workout Thursdays, there was something for everyone! We also had other events such as our month-long Step Competition, a boxing class at Rumble Boxing, volunteering with Open Doors, and our Financial Wellness Lunch and Learn hosted by Jeff Sandler! Thank you to all who participated and we can't wait for next year!

So good being able to share that I participated in the Run for Kids event on Sunday, marking my return to public runs after that long hiatus due to COVID. 🏃♀️ Despite being unable to run for several weeks, I was determined to push myself and reach new heights – quite literally, as I fulfilled my dream of running over the iconic Bolte Bridge! 🌆 Sure, it had its challenges, especially with the heat and lack of recent training, but knowing it was all for a good cause made every step worthwhile. I'm proud to have raised funds for the Royal Children's Hospital, a cause close to my heart as a parent who - like so many - has had to bring my children there. 🙏 🍒 But the run was also good for me. Reflecting on the importance of self-care and well-being, I remember a recent workshop I helped organise for GABWA German-Australian Business Women Association with the passionate nutritionist, Eva-Maria Heikenwalder, who focuses on supporting busy professionals like us. Eva-Maria shared insights on the early signs of burnout, a concern she often sees among professionals - this year, as she made us aware, even in the first quarter. 😮 It underscores the significance of staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which is why I'm grateful for tools like my Apple Watch. They help me stay motivated and exceed my fitness goals. 💥 Looking ahead, I'm already gearing up for my next challenge – the Mother's Day Classic Foundation's run on May 12th. Having worked with the incredible Women in Super team, the creators of the run, I can attest to its impact and significance. I encourage you all to join me in supporting this wonderful cause and making a difference together! Here's to staying active, supporting important causes, and embracing every opportunity to make a positive impact. Who's with me for the next run? Let's do this! 💪👟 #worklifebalance #runforthekids #FitnessGoals #HealthyLiving #MothersDayClassic #burnout #givingback

As Athletics & Beyond approaches its 3rd-year anniversary in May 2024, we are proud to reflect on the significant growth and impact we have achieved in such a short time. However, with growth comes new challenges, and we find ourselves in need of support to expand our services and acquire larger facilities to meet the needs of our growing community. Here are some key points to convey in our fundraising efforts: Celebrating Achievements: We should celebrate our accomplishments over the past three years, highlighting the positive impact we have made on the lives of youth in our community. This includes milestones such as increased program enrollment, successful outcomes for participants, and recognition from community partners. Identifying the Need: It's essential to clearly articulate why we need to expand our facilities. We can explain how our current space has become insufficient to accommodate the growing demand for our programs and services, limiting our ability to serve more youth effectively. Vision for Expansion: We should outline our vision for expansion, emphasizing how acquiring larger facilities will enable us to reach more youth, offer additional programs, and create a more supportive and enriching environment for our participants. We can share specific plans for how the new space will be utilized and the impact it will have on our organization and the community. Call to Action: We should inspire donors to take action by inviting them to support our expansion efforts. This may include making a financial contribution, volunteering their time and expertise, or connecting us with potential supporters and partners who can help us achieve our goals. Recognition and Gratitude: We should express gratitude to our supporters, acknowledging the role they have played in our success thus far and the impact their contributions will have on the future of our organization. Recognizing donors and supporters publicly can help build momentum and inspire others to get involved. Transparency and Accountability: We should be transparent about how funds raised will be used and provide regular updates on the progress of our expansion efforts. Demonstrating accountability and stewardship of donor contributions will help build trust and confidence in our organization. By effectively communicating our need for support, sharing our vision for expansion, and engaging donors and supporters in our cause, we can rally the community around our efforts to acquire larger facilities and continue making a positive difference in the lives of youth through Athletics & Beyond.

School holidays this year my son outright refused any sort of holiday club and to be honest, because we are often not on any social pages - I couldn't afford them this year. I've ended up having the most beautiful and hilarious moments with him and his mates playing in rivers, out on bikes, boats, prime (parents will know), forest bathing, football and lot's and lot's of ice cream sundaes....and in between, when he wasn't looking - the usual zoom calls and late night working to hit deadlines (naughty, I know). This week has been back with a bang, there's so much happening its hard to keep a lid on everything - some top line stuff that's take up this week: 🤑 Applying for grants (they don't make it easy) 👩💻 Launching our new direct to employee product (watch this space, it's what everyone's been asking for) 🌆 Event planning for November (carry on watching this space, think Alice In Wonderland meets C-Suite) 🚣♂️ Key customer acquisition time so pitches, pitches and more pitches 🧘♀️ Creating Wellbeing Planners for our clients, based on actual human insight from How Are You? 💷 Going out for our next investment round 😍 And then the house, my son, endless food, planning weddings.... 🌶 Melting.... All bloody amazing stuff and I know how lucky I am every day. I also know everyone's feeling the pace pick up, the pressure building so good luck to everyone and keep going, make time to reinvigorate & reset with what you love doing - for me rivers and forests are my go to and big cuddles from my boy. We're going to be sharing more about what's happening over here at GetZeN Corporate Wellness because its bloody exciting! Social and intellectual awareness go hand in hand and it is possible to promote both of them together. You can do this by joining a club with friends or loved ones, volunteering with a group of people you know, taking a class or starting a new hobby with friends, joining a book club, and more. Encouraging wellness can be done in many ways, and sometimes, experiencing new things and growing can be more fun to do with someone who matters to you! #wellnesscoach #lifecoach #traditionalchinesemedicine #doctorelke #positivity #naturalhealth #intellectualwellness #socialwellness

I’m a 'GOOD' business coach. Developing service based businesses who are in the give back spaces such as coaching, wellbeing, ethical and sustainability practices.
Getting Too Big For Your Boots? 🥾 GET BIGGER BOOTS 🥾 Mum: "Clare, you’re getting too big for your boots." @liamhandcoaching: "Clare, get bigger boots." — 🤩 When you want to talk about your business, don’t forget, YOU ARE YOUR BUSINESS. Especially if you're a smaller business, YOU are what is bought. Make as much, if not more impact, than your service or product. — 🌱 Hands in the soil. Good for the soul. Weeding this week took on a broader sense. I moved plants out of spaces they didn’t belong. And cleared unnecessary thoughts to make way for better ones. — 🙋♀️ Volunteering is really exciting. Find what you love and support the cr4p out of it. — 💷 Funding and pitching isn’t easy. Get help. If you can’t find help, message me. --- 🙏 Outsourcing is fabulous. Factor it into your pricing. It's what makes your business tick. @ofmoonandstars @alicerjennings @annabellewda @eco_accountancy_services *See previous statement re funding… — 🏋️♀️ Do something different. This week: Bench Press (hard and hurts for days afterwards!) Thanks for mixing it up @strong_body_fitness_ — 🤗 Look after your friends. — 🍰 Go out for coffee (cake) @duxford.cafe.19 @tipicoffee — 🍺 Be a 0.0 hero (@peroniuk @birramorettiuk) #TheWeekThatWas #WhatYouBeenUpTo #NoseyAndInterested
