#FarSouthBorderNorth Grantees in Action in Imperial County 🎨 Murals in Brawley and Calexico are being created by local artists Roy Dorantes, Michael Lopez, and Elizabeth Ibarra – who are also working on a mobile mural project – to promote civic engagement, and in particular voting across Imperial Valley communities.
