Delicious Strawberry Tartlets Ingredients: A puff pastry sheet, fresh strawberries, rosewater, powdered sugar. Prep the berries: - Slice the berries into rounds, and toss them in a bowl with the granulated sugar and a little rosewater. Prep the pastry: Using a cookie cutter cut out 12/14 large hearts from the dough. Bake: On a baking sheet place the strawberries across the pastry, leaving a ¼ inch edge. Bake @350F for 15-20 minutes to turn golden brown. Decorate: Take out from the oven, add some powdered sugar on the edges, serve, and enjoy.
