🌟 Reflecting on Cannes Lions Festival 2024 🌟 Returning to Cannes for my 9th trip was nothing short of magical. Seeing so many old friends and making new ones reminded me how vital human connection is. Thank you to everyone who made this trip unforgettable. Key takeaways: - **Women’s Leadership & Sports**: The conversations around women’s leadership roles and women’s sports were truly impactful and inspiring. - **Diversity & Inclusion**: Representation matters. It was heartening to see more brown and black people in our industry. Events like these show that our industry is listening and cares deeply about diversity and inclusion. - **Human Connections**: Despite all the discussions around AI, it’s clear that relationships are still at the heart of our industry. People do business with people. Let’s continue to build those connections and share meaningful moments together. It was also incredibly productive. While I can't name all the meetings we had, it was fantastic to host my Domino’s and TJX clients. The inspiring conversations and the opportunity to build strong relationships with them made this trip truly special.
