Rivian team members were invited to come together with our Asian Pacific Islander Belonging Resource Group [API BRG] for Lunar New Year Celebrations across several of our locations. We celebrated the Year of the Rabbit; a symbol of peace, prosperity, and longevity with a lion dance, a live cooking kitchen featuring dumpling history, traditions, and hands-on dumpling making; lots of food and plenty of red envelopes with gold (chocolate) coins. Finally, the API BRG, Rivian API community members, and the broader Rivian community across the world stands against violence and hatred in every form. The recent tragedies in the US over the Lunar New Year weekend may have cast a dark shadow on our celebrations. However, it is in the strength of our bonds and our traditions that we find hope for peace and love in 2023, the Year of the Rabbit. #rivian | #adventurousforever | #lunarnewyear2023
