No matter how much evolution changes the way. Arts will always be arts.

And we must remove the blockages to that happening. Remove the stigma against 'used' building materials and establish a way to grade them so that they are accepted as suitable for current building codes. Figure out the logistics to move used building materials back into the building and construction ecosystem in the same way new materials are sourced. And finally, fix the flawed economic model that doesn't reflect the cost of wasting building materials in the price of new vs used building materials. There may be more, but those are 3 big ones that are holding back progress right now.
