Senior Vice President - Director, Specialty Claims, Hub International

Summer, 2022 Dear Family and Friends, Hope you are well and staying safe. As a reminder, I am riding in my 17th Pan-Mass Challenge this August 6-7, 2022. This year, with pandemic rates decreasing, I am back riding the original two-day, 192-mile route, from Sturbridge, MA to Provincetown, MA on Cape Cod. To prepare, I have ridden 650 training/road mi. to date. The PMC is the world’s largest cycling fund-raising event and raises money for research/treatment for Dana Farber Cancer Institute and its “Jimmy Fund” in Boston, MA. Since 1980, the PMC has raised $831 Million for Dana Farber, including $64 Million in 2021. In 17 years to date, with your help, I have raised $259,934! My goal for 2022 is $20,000 (we raised $11,712 to date!) and PMC’s goal is $66M. To reach these goals, I need your help. As many of you know, cancer took my mother from me when I was only a senior in high school. It has also taken many family members/friends. Because of this, we need to still fight to improve cancer survival rates. In 2022, I am again riding for Team BrentWheels raising dedicated funds for neuroblastoma pediatric cancer research for neuroblastoma cancer survivors, pediatric cancer survivors, all cancer victims who passed (including my mother Mary-Ruth O’Neill Martin, grandmother M. Ruth O’Neill, godmother Patricia Beaudoin, first cousin Mike O’Neill, uncle Phil O’Neill and cousin Sheila (O’Neill) Curran, the last two who passed in 2021), and all survivors (including my father Al Martin, godfather/ uncle Bob O’Neill and cousin Joe Curran among others). To fight this uphill battle against cancer, I need to ask for your financial help. To donate on-line, please click https://lnkd.in/eCa6iiJ . If you have a company match, please have the gift matched. If you have already donated in 2022 and would like to donate again, thank you and please donate as above. Ideally, I would like to receive as many donations as possible by Friday August 5, 2022. I am humbled by your caring and willingness to make a difference. Together, we can provide hope and take further steps closer to finding a cure. Thank you very, very much. Warm wishes, Bob #pmc2022 #teambrent
