How good are you at qualifying your prospects? I've got to say that it's something I'm working on, and yesterday's session at the NatWest Accelerator with Andrew Wilcock and Adam Walters was extremely inspiring and thought provoking. We learnt about: 🤔Understanding your sales process - how your prospects move through the funnel, what you ask, why and where 🤔 Understanding that you are ALWAYS pitching for business - when at Accelerator days, on social media, in the school pick up queue - you never know where your next amazing customer might be 🤔 Discriminatory spend - how we're not battling for our prospects to simply choose us over our competitors, we're battling for a slice of that discriminatory spend that they have 🤔 How to use models like BANT-F to score/assess prospects so we spend our valuable time on the ones that are a right fit for our businesses and our ethos Now I've got a lot of work to do to feed this learning into my processes. Especially the last one! But it will be worth it. And, as always it was lovely to catch up with some inspiring entrepreneurs and work as a team with Trevor Price Emmaline Vaughan Ronson and Carole Sandhu
