Yes, especially since whether weak or strong, narrow or general there isn’t actually any artificial intelligence, just research initiatives and hype-tastic marketing, which also counts the research initiatives looking for grants or corporate funding. Although… If your talking about digital twins, you’ll need to include AI If your talking about agriculture, you’ll need to include AI If your talking about food, you’ll need to include AI and maybe robotics If your talking about, well, anything really, you’ll need to talk about AI. So, I guess that I need to change my answer to “NO”.

I find it fascinating (and sad) that everyone is focusing on the tool, not the outcome or the value add. AI. is. Just. a. tool. When hiring a plumber, do you ask them what wrench they are using? And do they advertise it on their truck like "Joe's plumbing. Always ready with the latest, smartest and most robust wrench there is!" No. If they are a good plumber, they are using the right tool for the job and it will show real quick if that's not the case. At the end of the day, what's important is their ability to pick, use and become experts at using the right tool to solve the problem at hand and add value, or save money.

Many people in the tech industry believe that starting a business in tech is the only way to succeed. However, countless other industries and business opportunities exist that don't require AI. Don’t be myopic; pursue your passion, explore different verticals, and remember that success can be found in many areas. Your unique ideas and efforts can thrive anywhere! My 2 cents.

if you are actually an expert. 99% of what I see inbound is a lot of BS. Simply marketing trying to ride a tech wave...

Rob We seem to be lost in AI. So, here's my two cents: perhaps the bigger question should be is AI ready for prime time? It appears sometimes we are putting the cart before the horse, and we all know what happens then--the product just sits on the shelf.

You can just do what everyone else is doing, throw some AI marketing in here and there with no actual or meaningful product and u will be good🤭
