All early education and care providers in Australia are subject to the National Quality Standards. While these standards have always generally reflected the level of service and benefits to children who attend them, for the first time, research from the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) has indicated that these ratings significantly impact children's developmental outcomes. According to the research, children who attend a service rated as 'Exceeding or above ' are less likely to be developmentally vulnerable than those in services with lower ratings. There is real value for children in providers who go above and beyond to support children's care, learning and development. #earlyeducation #childdvelopment #childcareprofessional #childcarerecruiter
