I really enjoy my job. I find it challenging, interesting and engaging. But not every day is perfect, everyone has tough days.   So the important question is, what gets you through the tough day or week or even month?   For me, one of the key factors is the culture within team I work with. They are caring, supportive, kind and friendly.   On the tough days, it keeps me going to know that I have the support of the team around me. On the days that I don't want to get out of bed, I find strength in the knowledge that there are people who care and who are happy to help when help is needed.   What keeps you going through the tough days?
