As we come to a close on Pride Month, we take a moment to celebrate our teammate Aleister Nuckolls, Warranty Consultant for HomeTeam! For Aleister, Pride is more than a celebration; it is a lifeline that has enabled him to discover true happiness and fulfillment.

Congratulations to Rollins General Counsel, Elizabeth B (Beth) Chandler, for being honored with OnBoard Inc.'s 2024 Excellence Award! The OnBoard Excellence Awards are designed to recognize women in senior executive positions who are in the pipeline for board service. Each year, these awards are presented to three Georgia-based women leaders who exemplify OnBoard’s mission to increase the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards. Beth has been committed to the greater Atlanta community for many years and is a mentor and advocate for professionals within Rollins and beyond. Next, Business Analyst Manager, Charity Lowder, reflects on the importance of allyship and continuous learning during Pride Month. Their stories remind us of the strength in unity and the importance of supporting one another in our journey towards inclusion.

June 6 is World Pest Day! Today, Rollins is joining fellow members of the pest control industry to celebrate this annual observance and raise awareness for the important role pest control professionals play in protecting health, food, property and the environment from pest threats around the world. As we wrap up our celebration of AANHPI Heritage Month, we hear from two more incredible team members! First up is Ritu Kelotra. Read Ritu’s story as she shares her experiences as a South-Asian American, providing insights into her Indian heritage and how accessibility to cultural elements has evolved in the United States. Next, is Joanne Yvon (Clarita S.). Joanne’s story reflects the diverse tapestry of Filipino experiences, showcasing the values of family, community, respect, and education that unite individuals across generations and backgrounds.

Hear from David Huihui, Training Specialist at Orkin Pacific Division, as we continue to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawai’ian & Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month. David shares with us the meaning of Aloha and how his Hawaiian culture has shaped his relationships with others by leading with love and respect.
