During patient handovers, closed-loop communication is crucial to ensure that information is accurately received and acknowledged. In veterinary patient care handovers, this practice helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that critical information is accurately communicated and received by all relevant team members. At BluePearl, we implement the IPASS system to identify Illness Severity, Patient Summary, Action List, Situational Awareness/Contingency Planning, and Synthesis by Receiver. This helps to ensure that the sender is verifying that the receiver has correctly understood and acknowledged the information. #BluePearlMedicalQuality #PatientSafetyAwarenessWeek #ElevatingVetMed

I participate in group coaching or mastermind programs myself, and I always learn so much from the other members. THIS is a big reason we are bringing more group coaching to almost everything we do at Snout School Plus, group coaching gives you access to a network of people around you who are working on similar things. Hello support! Group coaching also allows me to give 1-on-1 time to a larger amount of people at a lower cost than I could just doing things LITERALLY 1-on-1. If you join a group coaching call, you’re gonna get at least 10 min of my time to chat about YOUR brand directly to get personalized coaching from me. I don’t feel like there’s many consultants in this industry that offer direct time with them without a realllllly big investment. (This program starts as low as 3 payments of $499!) While I totally get why they do that, I like doing things a little differently. If you want this type of experience, Veterinary Marketing & Branding Lab starts next week! Snag your spot here https://lnkd.in/e5HmX_4Y
If you're trying to go from vet, clinic, or consultant to BRAND... you don't have to go it alone! There are other veterinary professionals doing the same thing - with Danielle K. Lambert's guidance - in Veterinary Marketing & Branding Lab. Only a few spots left in our next round, which starts 9/26. Snag yours here: https://lnkd.in/eRTqJZyy
