I think proactive disempowering, unleashed on women at the beginning of agricultural revolution and make more potent century after century is the problem. False theories of biology, led to only the fathers name being taken by children and husbands name by wife, debunked sociology declaring women not fit fr many work etc were deployed to deliberately dis-empower women. Just removing those dogma, canards and stigma will be enough. The natural female capability and prowesses will then automatically prevail. No affirmative actions needed, removal of toxic theories are needed. Also remember that a rich woman is not as disempowered as the poor woman, so financial toxicity of making the rich more rich and the poor poorer is also worsening the whole system day by day

In my humble opinion, “Empower” is an over used word. To empower someone, one has to provide the necessary tools, resources, both financial and non financial, such as training, education, etc. as well as process. Just saying the word without the necessary tools doesn’t mean a lot. In addition to that, both parties also needed to understand what they are supposed to do. It also takes time. The being said let us empower others so they can fulfill their dreams. Let us create an environment where we can empower each other. Thanks for what you are doing. 🙏

Women empowerment involves granting women the power to make decisions and shape their own lives, economically, socially, and politically. It includes access to education, healthcare, employment opportunities, and leadership roles. Empowered women contribute to economic growth, reduce poverty, and foster sustainable development. Gender equality benefits societies by harnessing the full potential of all individuals. This movement challenges traditional gender roles and stereotypes, advocating for equal rights and opportunities. Empowering women is crucial for achieving a more just and prosperous world where everyone can thrive. Appreciate your efforts for the people those who really needs these empowerment.
