If you’re starting now and want to hit programs like TACFI/STRATFI ($1.9M-$15M) next year, there’s really one more chance to be eligible this year. When lined up correctly, these programs can play well together. But if you miss the “traction” on ramp, then it can push out significant revenue through these programs to 2026. I'm looking at the MTEB leaderboard this AM. Amazingly, mxbai-embed-large-v1 ranks at 12 despite its small size relative to the other Billion-sized parameters models.
