2wThe increased turnover of CEOs within two years is reminiscent of the coaching carousel in team sports such as football. Boards have a responsibility to look at the long-term development of the company and they also have a responsibility to select and develop CEOs. In my humble opinion, there needs to be a mindset and culture change at the very top. So that the unspeakable figure of 5-10% of women finally starts to rise.
