To get to know Ralph better, read his message below: Throughout my career, I’ve sold advertising, houses, heating and air conditioning systems, and even cultural change. For the last 25 years, I’ve been with Albemarle Heating & Air, most recently serving as the General Manager. My sales career began when I was just 10 years old, prospecting for customers on my TV Guide route. It's been 18 years since I was first introduced to Sandler, and it's been a transformative journey ever since. Everything changed when I read “You Can’t Teach a Kid to Ride a Bike at a Seminar.” I was instantly hooked. The Sandler tools didn’t just make me a better salesperson; they made me a better manager, a better husband, and a better father. Not the best, mind you—only better. Being the best is a never-ending journey. Now, joining Mike and Patrick at Sandler by Focus Business Development, I have the incredible opportunity to use the Sandler tools I've learned to help salespeople, sales leaders, and businesses improve. I want to help them be better—not just at work, but at home too. One thing I often say is, “I get more satisfaction out of hearing how the tools and concepts from Sandler have helped people in their personal lives than in their professional roles.” It's incredibly fulfilling to know that what we do can have such a profound impact. My journey with Sandler has been about growth and betterment, and I’m excited to continue this journey, helping others achieve their best selves, one step at a time.
